Before you do this it is worth checking if we have availability as our villa is so popular we have already taken bookings for next year. If you want to know if we have space you can look at our live availability calendar.
It is up-to-date except for people I have pencilled in my diary and who have said they will send me their deposit.
Please let me know as soon as you can and I will hold your dates for you before someone else takes them as we do get new enquiries on a daily basis.
The next step is really very easy and simple – there is nothing for you to do apart from sending a deposit of £250 (or €250) so we know this is a definite booking as well as filling out our booking form which I would email to you.
Then you sit back and relax and eight weeks before your holiday you would send us your payment and we then send you the keys and directions.
As our villa is our actual home we are very keen that it should also be your home away from home. It has been recently refurbished and furnished to a standard exceeding that of most other rental villas. For this reason we prefer families rather than large groups of either men or women.

FANTASTIC SEA VIEWS
Our unique sea views are our best feature because many other villas will not have any views at all. We are very fortunate to be very close to the Mediterranean Sea and virtually every room in our villa has this lovely view.
The living-room and naya look out to the sea so most of your time in the villa you will be relaxing and looking out onto the Mediterranean.
SOUTH-FACING FOR MAXIMUM SUN
The World Health Organisation has rated the climate here on the Costa Blanca as one of the healthiest in the world.
With around 320 days of sun throughout the year, our south facing villa has been positioned to ensure maximum ‘dawn to dusk’ sun on the pool and terrace.
LARGE FLOODLIT PRIVATE POOL – SAFE FOR NON-SWIMMERS
Attractive kidney shaped large 10 x 5 private swimming pool with a large terrace.
Uniquely we have a pool fence to prevent little children from accidentally drowning. We had this put it when we had our two little girls because you only have to get distracted just for a minute or two and then you suddenly panic over where they may have crawled off to.
Pool fences are obligatory by law in France but not in Spain where they are almost unheard of despite all the swimming pools!
SUNBATHE IN COMFORT
There are 8 sun loungers of which 4 have special shades to block the sun from your face, 2 large parasols to provide shade, large table for eating outside, 8 chairs and gas barbecue.
LARGE TERRACE
The shaded table and chairs is ideal for ‘al fresco’ dining and for relaxing and sipping cool drinks at the end of a perfect day.
This area is south facing so it gets the sun all day.
There are good sea views and views across the green hillside.
Why not even start the day on the terrace for breakfast?
SECURE PARKING AND SECURE FOR CHILDREN
There is secure parking on the drive at the front of the house for two cars.
When you shut the large entrance gates you can feel safe in the knowledge that your children are within the grounds and unable to ‘sneak out’.
There are just a handful of steps from the driveway down to the main level of the villa with a handrail for safety.
Children will love it here and you will be able to watch them from inside the naya which overlooks the pool.
They can also play besides the terrace in the patio which has the Cinderella castle.
LARGE PRIVATE GROUNDS
The large grounds of 1200+m2 are well-fenced and very secure.
The garden has been extensively landscaped for your privacy and enjoyment with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees.

Just to let you know we are now back from Spain – Geoff and I had a golfing break after the family returned home.
How pleased we were to have the pool fence. Great not to be on edge in case a young one got too near the pool.
We all loved your villa and its location and were very sorry to leave – one week was not enough.
We had super weather and the pool was warm enough for the children to use which was great.
I hope we watered the correct shrub – there were a couple which looked as though they had lost some leaves but were coming back into bud.
The family are already making plans for next year!

LIVING AREA
Large, comfortable and spacious open plan living room with formal dining area for 8.
Two leather sofas with reclining seats…comfortable and relaxing!
Features exposed beams.
Sea views and pool views.
Air conditioning.
Satellite UKTV and DVD player with over 50 movies.
The house has central heating, an important feature for the winter.
Air-con is included in the price for June, July, August and first two weeks of September. Outside of these times it is simply not needed (but is available as an optional extra of £50 a week). Air con is in all four bedrooms and living area.
KITCHEN
Well-equipped modern kitchen, contains everything you need i.e. fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Of course we have plenty of pans, plates, cutlery and all the important accessories you would expect to find in a modern kitchen.
TWIN BEDROOM 1 & 2
The living room has a hallway which leads to two double bedrooms, both with twin beds.
Both rooms have ceiling fans and air con.
We have a hairdryer in the villa and in the first bedroom cupboard is an iron and ironing board.
Both rooms have sea views and pool views.
We have plenty of storage space and loads and loads of coathangers!
FAMILY BATHROOM
At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom with bath, sink, shower and bidet.
MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs all on it’s own is the south facing master bedroom with double patio doors opening onto a large balcony with bistro table and two chairs and wonderful close sea views.
The bed is a king-size and has a ceiling fan above it and air con.
The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower.
In the cupboard is the travel cot and a safe to protect your valuables. Note that there is a highchair and playpen downstairs in the hallway cupboard.
FOURTH BEDROOM (EXTERNAL)
Downstairs is the separate fourth bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
This large bedroom is ideally suited for either teenagers for a couple who wish to have their own privacy away from the rest of the house.
You access this room around the left-hand side of the house, either from the front or back.
This room has a ceiling fan and air con.
In this room is a TV with a PlayStation 2 console which plays DVDs of which there are over 50 upstairs. We have at least 50 PS2 games. The TV does not receive any television channels it is purely there for the DVDs and games.
NAYA/CONSERVATORY
The south facing naya (conservatory) is really the heart of the house and an area people love to be in.
A great area to relax and chill, this is joined to the living room in an open plan way and wraps round the side of the house.
So to the front the large windows overlook the pool and terrace with fantastic sea views. Going round to the right to the side of the house there is the garden and the entrance to the villa.
The naya is the place to relax with the large windows letting maximum sunlight in. There is a two person sofa, large coffee table and a large chair.
There is a informal dining table and 4 chairs where people can go to read or play cards away from the television in the lounge.
INTERNET
Bring your mobile phone, netbook or laptop and you can log on to our secure WIFI to connect to the Internet.
